Direct to Film printing is a method that rivals Direct to Garment printing (DTG) and allows users to print their logos and/or artwork onto a special type of coated PET film. This film is then used to transfer the printed image onto textiles using a lightweight powder adhesive that can be applied manually or by using an automatic powder shaker to distribute the adhesive evenly across the artwork and film, and with this added step, the transfer process is made possible.

The white ink digital heat transfer prints the ink on the film instead of directly to the clothes. The advantage is that it can be used a wide range of untreated cotton, silk, polyester, denim, nylon, leather, 50/50 Blending, etc. while the DTG printers usually limited the pretreated cotton. The other advantage is that DTF printer also work well to the white and dark textiles and allow the users to choose the matte and glossy surfaces.

The whole set has two machines: one is a PET film inkjet printing machine with CMYK+W heat transfer pigment ink, one is powder shaking and dry machine. The first step is print CMYK+W ink to pet film. The second step is to put the hot melt powder to printed film and shaking powder, the dryer the film and picture. Then the printed film be finished. After the above two step, heat transfer picture to the garment, bag, leather and so on. Many fabric materials suitable for this printing process. No limited fabric of this printing, easy to operate.

Platform accuracy is ±2 wires (0.02mm), and flatness of platform is guaranteed to greatest extent.
In case of emergency, such as paper arching, etc., uses can stop A3 DTF printer in time.
When there is no paper, it will automatically stop printing, so as to avoid waste of ink and pollution of platform.
