Problems that occur when using TEXTEK UV DTF printers in winter:.
1.It is dry and static electricity is easily generated.
2.As the temperature drops, the adhesion of the material becomes stronger and then weaker.
3.Dry winter air can cause clogged print nozzles, abnormalities in the print head carriage (usually referred to as head bumping), serious problems, and even cracked nozzles if not carefully maintained.

Maintenance measures for UV DTF printers in winter:
1.Machine preheat is very important. Do not use the UV roll-to-roll DTF printer immediately after turning it on each day. It is best to allow the machine to warm up for 10-15 minutes.
2.Cold and dry winters reduce the lubricating effect of the lubricant on the carriage guides of the printer’s print head, and the increased frictional resistance causes the carriage to move over the guides, checking the lubricant in a timely manner.
3.If the UV DTF printer is not used for a long period of time, the nozzles should be maintained with a special cleaning solution to extract the UV ink and keep the nozzles smooth. If the device stops working during the day, it is recommended to add a layer of black cloth over the device at night to avoid light and dust penetration.
4.After turn on the machine, first run a white paper print test to test the use of the print head. If conditions permit, it is best to keep the room temperature between 22 and 25 °C and work in an air-conditioned environment.
