The third point: Look at the load-bearing beams.
When we look at the load-bearing beam, if it is a modified UV printer, we can see the traces left by the second-hand UV printer when it is running, which does not exist in the original new machine.
Fourth point: print gray.
Most modified UV flatbed printers cannot print gray. Due to the imperfect color distribution procedure of the refitted equipment, coding errors occurred when printing local colors, especially gray, resulting in disordered printing colors.
The fifth point: price.
If the price is far lower than the industry market price, most of them are assembled with low-end second-hand nozzles, and the price is usually around tens of thousands of yuan. If the above characteristics are met at the same time, it can be concluded that it is a modified car.
The modified UV flatbed printer is directly applied to the entire head without development and design. If there is a problem with the head, it is difficult to stop the corresponding after-sales maintenance. So when buying, don’t be greedy for cheap. You must choose the right channel and find a reliable manufacturer. The after-sales service of channel manufacturers is also guaranteed.
