Crystal label transfer stickers are all produced using UV DTF printers. Depending on the material of the crystal label, there is a special UV DTF printer on the market, which is more convenient to use. It is a dedicated machine and will be more efficient.
The production of crystal label transfer stickers generally includes the following steps:
Design pattern:
First, you need to design the pattern that needs to be transferred to the product surface according to customer needs. You can use computer drawing software to design, or you can draw patterns by hand.
To print the pattern, use our UV DTF Printer to CNC print the pattern:
Prepare the printing material AB film, film A is the adhesive film, film B is the transfer film, just print the pattern on the film A.
Finished product：
The pattern is printed on the A film. After the printing is completed, the film is laminated while printing. This is a uv dtf printer that integrates printing, taking up, feeding, and lamination. Once lamination is completed, the finished product is ready.
Cutting:
We cut the printed AB film crystal logo according to the size of the pattern and prepare it for later use (use scissors or a rolling mill to cut, it is simple, convenient and fast, or you can use an automatic edge-finding paper cutting machine).
Transfer printing:
Place the crystal label transfer sticker on the surface of the product, peel off the back film of the crystal label product (i.e. film A), hold film B and paste it on the surface of the product where the pattern needs to be adhered, press it, and peel off film B. The pattern is transferred, and the whole process is to press and peel off the film to leave the words.
It should be noted that when making crystal label transfer stickers, you should choose good quality backing adhesive and transfer film, and strictly follow the operation procedures to ensure the transfer effect and quality.
