Ask us if there is any way to completely improve it. In fact, the reason why air enters the ink tube is caused by the improper operation of the printing operator. As long as the following points are done well, such problems will not occur.
After the dtf printer continuous ink supply system is used for half a year, a small amount of tiny air bubbles from the ink will enter the printing bulk ink tank from the nozzle of the heat transfer printing printer. When the printer is performing a printing task, the air in the bulk ink tank will enter the ink tube along with the ink, resulting in printing failures.
When we find that there is air in the ink pipe, we should first open the bulk ink tank to see which pipe has air, connect it to the vent hole of the bulk ink tank and open it, raise the water supply bottle, the ink enters the bulk ink tank, and the air passes through the vent hole Just discharge. If only a small amount of air goes in, it doesn’t matter, the dtf printer can work normally, but you should pay attention when using it.
In addition to the above methods to remove the air in the ink tube, there is another way to wait for the place where the air bubbles appear to stop moving, and then use a syringe to pump air at the outer bulk inkt tank to directly suck out the air in the bubbles. Then pump air out from the outer bulk ink tank, and then unplug the syringe, the ink will move towards the nozzle, and the above process can be repeated.
If the air in the ink tube of the dtf printer is still not removed after the above operations, then the only way left is to manually pump the ink to release the air in the bulk ink tank and the ink tube. This process can also release part of the ink , In this way, the problem of entering the air can basically be solved. This step is best to be solved by professional maintenance technicians, do not operate by yourself, to prevent other failures of the dtf printer due to improper operation.

2. Check the ink supply every day. When the ink is about to bottom out, the ink should be replaced in time to prevent air from being sucked into the ink tube.
