Proper cleaning of the dtf printer nozzle can save ink usage
Many friends will think that the nozzle of dtf printer is relatively delicate, and it is a consumable that is prone to problems. If it is not handled properly, it is very easy to cause ink clogging. In fact, the main reason is that the precision of the nozzle is high, the nozzle needs to be calculated in millimeters, and the existence of the nozzle hole cannot be seen clearly with the naked eye. Just imagine that such precise accessories have very high maintenance requirements. In order to avoid clogging of the nozzle, some friends often clean the nozzle. In fact, this approach is wrong. If there is no problem with the nozzle, we do not recommend blindly cleaning the nozzle, and frequent cleaning of the nozzle will consume a lot of ink, resulting in a waste of ink and increasing the cost of printing.
The white ink heat transfer printing equipment will automatically clean the nozzle when it is turned on, and there is a button to clean the nozzle. If the automatic cleaning function of the equipment is invalid, the nozzle can be cleaned manually. For manual cleaning, the nozzle should be disassembled according to the steps in the operation manual. To manually clean the nozzle, put a thin rubber tube on the front end of the medical syringe, fill it with strictly filtered water to rinse, and use a magnifying glass to carefully observe the nozzle hole when rinsing. If there is silted residue next to the nozzle hole, it can be removed with soft rubber products. The nozzles that have been left unused for a long time will block the nozzle holes due to dry ink, and can be cleaned after soaking in warm water.
Pay attention to the following points when cleaning the nozzle:
1. Do not clean the nozzle with sharp objects, do not hit the nozzle, and do not touch the nozzle with your hands.
2. Do not disassemble or install the nozzle when it is charged, and do not touch the electrical contacts on the nozzle with your hands or other objects.
3. The nozzle cannot be removed from the printer and placed separately, and the nozzle cannot be placed in a dusty place.
