1. Print together as much as possible
When using a dtf printer, it prints every few minutes when there are fewer orders. If there are many orders and a lot of things need to be printed, it is recommended to print the printed things together. Because every time the machine is started, it is necessary to clean the nozzle of the machine, initialize the dtf printer, and fill the ink delivery system. This process wastes a lot of ink, so try not to start the machine frequently.
2. Correctly clean the nozzle
Most direct transfer film printers will automatically clean the printer nozzles when they are started, and there is a button to clean the printer nozzles. If the automatic cleaning function of the device does not work, the print head can be cleaned manually. Manual cleaning should follow the steps in the operation manual to disassemble the print head. When cleaning the print head by hand, put a small tube at the front end of the medical syringe, wash it with strictly filtered water, and carefully observe the injection hole with a magnifying glass. Paste product removal. The nozzle of the heat transfer printer that has not been used for a long time is blocked due to the drying of the ink. It can be soaked in hot water and then cleaned.
