If two inks with different formulations are mixed together, it is very likely that the chemical components in the ink will conflict and produce a new chemical reaction, which will damage the nozzle of the printing machine. When replacing the ink, you must pay attention to the following two points, otherwise it may directly cause the nozzle failure, or even damage the nozzle.
1. Do not add wrong ink: different types of ink products have different components, mixing together will change the color and quality of the ink, and cause sediment to block the nozzle. If you need to replace the new ink, you need to clean the ink in the ink cartridge, ink tube, ink sac and nozzle, and then add new ink for testing. Do not mix them together.
2. Do not use low-quality ink: low-quality ink raw materials are of poor quality, the color and quality are not up to standard, and there are many sediments, the ingredients in the ink are relatively rough, and the fluency is poor. Although the price of inferior ink is relatively cheap, the use of inferior ink will affect the printing effect and clog the nozzle. If the print head is damaged due to the use of inferior ink, it will not be worth the candle.
The nozzle is the core part of the transfer film printer, once damaged, it can only be replaced. Because the price of the nozzle itself is not low, every replacement of the nozzle will cost a lot of money.
