DTF heat transfer printers are assembled from many large and small parts. If you use TEXTEK DTF heat transfer printers, you only need to keep the three parts of the nozzle, guide rail and grating strip clean and hygienic to reduce many problems.
1. DTF print heads
The nozzle is the core component of the printer. You must be extra careful during daily cleaning and maintenance. Check regularly whether there is any debris around the nozzle and clean it in time. You can move the trolley to the cleaning position and use a cotton swab dipped in cleaning fluid to clean the ink residue around the nozzle to avoid affecting the cleaning effect.
2. DTF Guide rail
After starting TEXTEK DTF heat transfer printer power supply every day, let the trolley hit back and forth several times. The dirt inside the guide slider will remain on the guide rail. Repeat several times, and then use a paper towel or cotton swab to dip a small amount of alcohol to wipe the stain.
In addition, it is recommended to use lubricating oil to maintain the guide rail once every two weeks. Use a cotton swab dipped in a little lubricating oil to wipe the guide rail to ensure the smoothness and lubrication of the guide rail and the smoothness of the next use.
3. Grating strip
This is also a component that many people tend to overlook. The grating is a transparent film behind the DTF heat transfer printer trolley frame. It mainly plays a positioning role. If the grating becomes dirty, printing ghosting will appear. Use a cotton swab to dip in an appropriate amount of alcohol to wipe it daily. Clean both sides and do not use brute force.
