When using the t-shirt printing machine, we occasionally encounter situations where the color of the heat transfer is uneven, or the color is not bright enough. The advantage of dtf printing is that it can transfer high-precision pictures and other colorful designs, but if the color is not bright enough, the effect of heat transfer will be greatly reduced. So what is the problem that causes the heat transfer color to be not bright enough?
The heat transfer color is not bright for the following reasons:
1. Please confirm whether the printing film used is normal;
2. Whether the transfer rate is low due to insufficient temperature;
3. There may be more air bubbles in the ink when the new continuous supply is just on the machine;
4. Insufficient inkjet caused by dirty nozzle;
5. There are too many sundries or dust near the printer;
6. The blockage caused by not cleaning the print head in time when changing the ink;
According to the above problems, TEXTEK recommends that you fill the ink cartridge with ink, remove the air in the ink cartridge as much as possible, clean the print head with a special cleaning solution, and continue to clean the print head for 3-5 times. If the above methods are not effective, then we recommended that you find a professional to handle it.
