When 60cm DTF printer is in use, it will encounter situation of back ink, which has a great impact on DTF printer. So what should we do if we encounter this situation?

Check whether there is air leakage in ink cartridge of 3200 head DTF printer: under normal circumstances, there may be some air in ink supply tube of DTF printer, but a little air is normal. If a large amount of air enters, it will cause ink in damper reflow, causing ink back failure.
Check whether damper of 60cm DTF printer is leaking: leakage of damper will also cause ink return phenomenon like air leakage of ink cartridge, and this phenomenon is also relatively common.
Check tightness of ink supply tube: if ink supply tube is not tightly connected, air will enter ink supply system and cause ink backflow. In addition, if you find that interface is not sealed, you can reconnect it. If damper or ink tube is broken, please replace it directly. In addition, a one-way valve switch can be installed on ink supply pipeline, and it can be turned off during idle time of 60cm DTF printer to further prevent ink from flowing back.
