When the liquid level is high, the color will be darker than when the liquid level is low, which will cause color difference in the printed pattern.
The working voltage of the printer nozzle directly affects the ejection force of the ink droplet, especially the piezoelectric print nozzle. If the voltage is too large or too small, the overall visual effect will have different shades and different clarity. Therefore, before printing out, it is necessary to set the voltage of the printing nozzle to within the normal range of use. The voltage is generally adjusted in the software, and the input terminal of the printer should be connected with a voltage stabilizing device to ensure the voltage of the dtf printing machine.
