1. After the cycle is over every day after the machine is turned on, perform AUTOL (auto cleaning (light)) twice, and then print a test strip to check the status of the nozzle.
2. If the state is not good, refer to the article on the treatment of the nozzle condition for analysis.
3. It is recommended to open the color bar when printing, so that the color will not freeze due to long-term non-printing during printing. At the same time, you need to check the color bar print image regularly to test the printing status of the test bar, and ensure that the print head is in good condition before printing continuously.
4. If the state is not good when printing, you need to stop cleaning and then resume printing
5. After printing, perform AUTOL twice (automatic cleaning (light)) to ensure that the print head test is complete and then end printing
6. If it is not turned off, keep the power on. If it is turned off, you need to drip a little pure water on the ink stack to soak the print head in advance, then reset the print head, and finally shut down.
