If there is ink mixed of large DTF printer, and printhead is not damaged, it should be because printhead is not clean or printhead is soaked with cleaning fluid. If DTF shirt printer is used frequently, it is enough to clean printheads. It is not necessary to soak in cleaning liquid every day. If it still doesn't work, you can use following methods:

1. Check if wiper of print head is dirty. If it is dirty, clean it. Maybe swap print heads, ink mixing problem can usually be solved.

2. Check if cap of ink bottle of DTF shirt printer is screwed too tightly. Too tight will generate negative pressure and cause ink mixing. A slight loosening of bottle cap can solve ink mixing problem.

3.Check whether damper is damaged. If it is damaged, replace damper with a new one. Then check whether print head is clogged. If it is clogged, you can soak print head with cleaning fluid, but time should not be too long.
