1. If the company is on duty, please print the nozzle test strip every day to check whether the nozzle is blocked. If it is blocked, please perform cleaning operations to ensure that the nozzle is in good condition.

2. If the company is unattended and the machine has been out of service for more than 3 days, for the Epson printer nozzle, please clamp the two ink tubes under the ink stack cap with clips, and drop some cleaning solution into the ink stack cap at the same time. Make sure the surface of the nozzle is not dry. For printers with industrial nozzles, please pour cleaning solution into the tray, place a dust-free cloth under the nozzle, and lightly press on the soaked dust-free cloth to seal and moisturize.

3. If the printer is shut down for a long time of more than 15 days, please remove the nozzle of the printer. After the nozzle is rinsed, use plastic wrap to cover the surface of the nozzle, and wrap several layers to achieve a sealing effect, so that the nozzle can be kept in a moisturizing state for a long time. Be careful not to wrap it vigorously when wrapping to avoid bumping.

If the machine is not turned on for a long time, it will easily block the precision nozzle. If the maintenance is not reasonable, it will also cause problems such as leak detection, ink leakage, and rupture of the diaphragm, which will cause the nozzle to be scrapped.

Before the machine is stopped, please print a test strip to check that there is no ink breakage to ensure that the nozzle is in normal condition, set the height of the nozzle to a low level, and shut down normally.
