1. Nozzle Reason
I believe everyone has long understood the importance of the print head to the white ink heat transfer machine. Therefore, if the nozzle is not debugged properly, there are impurities, or it is cleaned for a long time, these reasons will cause ink flying or ink blocking, and white edges will appear on the screen. Therefore, regular maintenance and cleaning of the nozzle should be done daily.
In addition, the height of the nozzle should also be adjusted to the appropriate height.
If the nozzle is too close to the printing film, it is easy to wear the fine nozzle holes in the nozzle; if the nozzle is too far away from the printing film, the ink droplets are easily affected by external factors during the spraying process, resulting in inaccurate landing points and white edges. The distance between the nozzle and the printing mold can be kept at a height of about 1.5-2mm.
2. Static Electricity Reason
The weather in winter is relatively dry, and the equipment is more likely to generate static electricity.
The white ink heat transfer printer is a wide printing device that relies on computers to control image output. Its core components are various motherboards, and the internal circuit spacing is short. It is easy to cause abnormal film movement and wrinkling due to static electricity, which affects the printing effect. If the static electricity is too large, it will also cause ink flying and ink breaking. Therefore, static electricity should be especially prevented.
Since static electricity will attract objects and produce force, if the white ink heat transfer machine encounters static electricity when performing printing tasks, the heat transfer ink will be scattered due to static electricity, resulting in scattered ink or white edges in the printed product.
3. Pattern reasons
Sometimes, the white edges of heat transfer are not caused by the equipment of the white ink heat transfer printer itself.
We have also encountered a mistake: the product pattern provided by the customer has a white edge, but because it is hidden deeper, it is not easy to find. In this case, the first thing to do is to modify the pattern and use PS drawing software to remove the white edge.
