2. Printing & Powdering: The mirrored design is printed onto the clear DTF film. While the ink is still wet, the adhesive powder is applied evenly across the entire design.

3. Curing: The powdered transfer is then passed through a curing oven or heat tunnel. This melts the powder, bonding it to the ink and creating the transfer sheet.

4. Weeding (Optional but Recommended): For a cleaner final product, you can "weed" or peel away the excess film from around your design, similar to weeding vinyl. This prevents any unwanted film from transferring onto the keychain blank.
