1. After ink accumulates in print head of DTF printer to a certain extent, nozzle will be blocked on outside. This is most common way of blocking. Ink is a volatile liquid, volatile in air and clear out solids. When a dtf printing machine prints, there will always be a part of ink around nozzle. After this part of ink dries in air, nozzle will become smaller or even block nozzle of Textek dtf printer.
2. Piezoelectric crystal fatigue damage: phenomenon is that print head of direct to film transfers printer sometimes eject ink, sometimes it can not eject ink, especially when printing dark pictures, phenomenon of "clogging" is obvious. 3. Filter inside print head is blocked and print head does not eject ink: print head used for a long time, especially factory that often shuts down at night, dtf ink does not flow in print head for a long time, and it is easy to adsorb to internal filter or ink channel. Cross-sectional area of ink flow becomes smaller, resulting in phenomenon of no ink coming out of nozzle.
4.Failure of drive circuit: aging of electronic components of drive circuit and accumulation of too much dry ink dirt may affect voltage of printhead, resulting in no ink or unstable ink output from nozzle.
