1. Distance between printhead and material is too far: if printhead is too far from printing media, printhead has insufficient spray force, and ink cannot be sprayed to designated position well, which will easily cause problem of oblique spray of printhead. Solution is to adjust height of printhead so that distance between printhead and print medium is not too far.
2. Static electricity between XP600 printhead and material is too large: friction is root cause of static electricity. During normal operation of A3 DTF printer, parts will inevitably rub against each other to generate static electricity, and print head is no exception. At this time, it is necessary to take some measures to reduce probability of static electricity, such as appropriately increasing humidity of printing working environment, keeping humidity in range of 35%-65%, and secondly, do not choose ink with high viscosity.

Regarding how to prevent blockage of print head of DTF printer, main reasons are to choose high-quality original ink, move carriage back to capping station after printing work is completed, and regularly perform ink cleaning and maintenance on print head.
