Now customers have higher and higher requirements for printing, including variety, rub resistance, high color fastness, etc. The fading degree of digital direct injection under the action of external factors (extrusion, friction, washing, rain, exposure, saliva dipping, etc.), the color fastness is good, and the textile is not easy to fade during use.

If the color is easy to fade, it will affect other clothes worn on the body, or stain other clothes when washing with other clothes. On the other hand, the good or bad color fastness is directly related to the health and safety of the human body. Color fastness to rubbing is one of the inspection items of color fastness of printing, and it is also one of the most common inspection items for digital printing. The test method of rubbing fastness is fix the textile sample of specified size on the platform of the friction tester with a clamping device, and then rub it with a dry rubbing cloth and a wet rubbing cloth respectively, and finally take the degree of staining of the white cloth as the evaluation basis is based on the standard gray sample card, which is divided into 4 grades. The higher the grade, the better the rubbing fastness. There are many factors that affect printing, some of which are analyzed below.
