1. Damper, ink tube and ink cartridge return ink of printhead:
Damper damage, air leakage, and ink return problems in ink supply system of printer dtf, because of negative air pressure caused ink backflow occurs in pipes,then mixed with other colors of ink, to cause ink crossover.

2. Effect of printhead cleaning:
If printhead is not broken, ink crossover may be due to use of a cleaning liquid bubble nozzle. It is recommended not to soak for too long. In addition, if DTF printer has been in use, you can clean nozzles more, without need to soak nozzles for a long time. Sometimes when Dtf printer is just turned on, ink may be crossed. At this time, you may wish to clean it a few times to see if there is any variegated color. If there is still, it is recommended to print 100 yellow, 100 red, and 100 blue color blocks. Test it, and it usually returns to normal after printing about one meter.

3. Impacts related to nozzle blade and capping station:
For example, aging of direct to film printer's wiper blade, decline of capping station ink absorption function, and long use of cap will easily cause ink crossover. At this time, it is necessary to consider replacement of related new parts. If blade is dirty, it is recommended to clean it regularly or adjust position of nozzle to solve it.
