1.In daily use of dtf printer, install and remove related circuits of dtf printer at will without turning off power switch and cutting off main power supply. This behavior will affect service life of each system and easily cause damage to print head.

2.Use poor-quality ink or fill different batches of ink at will. Mixing of different configurations of inks will change color and quality of ink. Poor quality inks will affect printing effect and block nozzles, and poor quality cleaning fluids may corrode nozzles of direct to film printer.

3.Cleaning and maintenance of nozzle of Textek dtf printer is not performed correctly. For example, entire nozzle is immersed in cleaning liquid. cleaning liquid is corrosive, so generally only take an appropriate amount and introduce it into nozzle for cleaning. In addition, leaving cleaning fluid in nozzle for too long will also cause problems. Soaking cleaning fluid for a long time can remove stains more effectively. However, if time exceeds 48 hours, it will affect nozzle.

4.Do not pay attention to protecting circuit board and other internal systems when cleaning nozzle of direct to film printer. Please turn off power when cleaning, and be careful not to let water hit circuit board and other internal systems.

5.Use external force to adjust printhead position irregularly. Do not use brute force whether to replace or fine-tune print head. Please treat print head carefully in accordance with specifications.
