Fluidity of ink of DTF printer will become very poor in winter. When temperature is much lower than best storage temperature of ink, ink viscosity increases, and fluidity becomes poor, which will cause problems such as ink breakage in DTF printing machine. How to solve that?

1. Put original DTF printer ink on a radiator or a warm room to slowly heat up and gradually return to its original state;

2. Install a temperature control device at bottom of nozzle to change temperature, or add a temperature control device at ink carriage to change temperature;

3. In case of emergency, you can use boiled water for external heating. Specific method is to pour boiled water into basin, and then put ink in water, but to prevent water vapor from immersing, remove lid and stir evenly when water temperature drops to about 27°C. In other words, temperature of workshop should be kept at about 27℃;

4. Keep indoor printing temperature at 18-30 degrees.

Above methods can solve problem of poor ink fluidity of DTF direct to film printer in winter. We recommend that you store ink in an environment of 18-30℃.
