1.When DTF printer is maintained, print head will not be powered on
If power supply is not completely turned off, install or remove circuit of DTF direct to film printer at will. This wrong operation method can easily cause short circuit of related circuits, especially print head, which is more likely to cause damage to print head.

2. Do not pay attention to electrostatic protection
Normal inkjet printing work of DTF shirt printer is greatly affected by static electricity, so do not touch printhead directly with your hands during maintenance operation, wear protective gloves when maintaining nozzle, and always check connection of ground wire.

3. Irregularly adjust position of print head
When using external force to adjust position of printhead of direct to film printer, whether it is to replace or fine-tune nozzle, do not use brute force. Please treat nozzle with caution in accordance with specifications.
