① Gradual nozzle missing occurs during DTF printing process. This nozzle missing is caused by damper and printhead. Reason may be that damper is dirty and printhead is aging. At this time, damper and printhead of A3 DTF printer need to be cleaned or be replaced.

②If nozzle missing suddenly occur during printing process, if you print a solid color base image, generally 5-10cm, and nozzle missing is serious. This type of nozzle missing is mostly caused by ink. At this time, you need to replace high-quality ink. Manufacturer's original ink is preferred, quality is guaranteed and compatibility with direct to film printer is better.
