1. Temperature: When the temperature is too low, the hot stamping will not be done or the hot stamping will not be firm, and the imprint will be blurred. If the temperature is too high, the surface of the color layer will be oxidized, the product will lose its luster, the color will become dark, and in severe cases, it will cause blisters. To judge a good hot stamping temperature, the following factors should be considered: pressure, speed, area, room temperature, etc. The hot stamping temperature generally ranges from 140°C to 180°C. Once the optimum temperature is determined, it should be kept stable, and the temperature difference should be within ±2°C.

2. Pressure: Hot stamping pressure is generally 4-6 kg/cm. If the pressure is too low, the white ink printer’s instant tear film cannot adhere to the substrate, which reduces the fastness. If the pressure is too high, the substrate will be compressed and deformed, forming streaks and deformation, and the printed layer will become thinner. If you are stamping messy and uneven products, you should pay more attention to the uniformity of each pressure point. The pressure angle between the stamping wheel and the substrate is required to be higher. Otherwise, it is easy to appear partly firm and partly not firm.

3. Speed: It should be determined according to the hot stamping area, and the power of the heating temperature should be considered at the same time. Generally, it is the speed, then determine the pressure and determine the temperature.
