1. Ink pumping to cleaning
When carriage is in initial position, use a syringe with a hose to connect to waste ink tube to forcefully draw about 5ml of ink. Do not rebound inner tube of syringe, which will cause color mixing in each nozzle of DTF direct to film printer. If nozzle protector is not tightly sealed during ink pumping process, you can gently move carriage by hand to ensure a good seal between nozzle and nozzle protector of DTF ink printer.

2. Injection and pumping cleaning
Move printhead of carriage to waste ink tray, use a hose to connect syringe with cleaning fluid to ink needle of nozzle, inject and withdraw with proper pressure, until nozzle vertically ejects a complete thin line.

3. Print cleaning
Replace ink that is clogging nozzle with "head cleaning liquid", and use vector graphics software to print color block of that ink color until clogging of nozzle is cleared, and then replace it with original ink.
