When many people use A3 DTF printer, they will encounter situation that XP600 print head is blocked, which makes DTF printer unable to use normally. So how can we avoid situation of XP600 printhead being blocked?

Point 1: When installing or replacing a new print head, you must follow instructions; every time you install a new XP600 print head, you must clean print head, generally 3 to 5 times, depending on situation, wash it at least once.

Point 2: Make sure that all XP600 print heads are installed and check ink before starting to use A3 DTF printer. When any print head has no ink or is not installed, even if there is ink in other print heads, DTF printer will not work;

Point 3: After replacing new XP600 print head, do not remove print head casually, do not open print head protection clip, otherwise print head may no longer be used, and do not put your hand into A3 DTF printer or touch print head when printer is working.
