1. First check ink tube and observe whether there is air in ink tube of ink supply system. Check whether there are a lot of bubbles and air barriers in middle of ink tube.

2. It is necessary to check in detail whether joints of ink tubes are well sealed and connected, and there are no problems of looseness and poor contact.

3. Check whether damper of DTF printer is broken, whether filter inside damper is attached to impurities, whether there is ink in damper, if there is no ink or less than one-third, it means that ink in damper is not guided to damper and you need to use a machine or manually (usually use an ink injector) to guide ink to flow into damper, and then into nozzle, to solve problem of nozzle missing.

4. Too much ink accumulated on wiper at ink absorber of DTF printer, too dirty, wet, and deformed sponge ink pads, and damage to waste ink tube will cause severe streaks in printed image, and users should also pay attention.

5. In addition, careless maintenance of dtf printheads can easily cause printer head to block and cause nozzle missing. At this time, nozzles can be cleaned, check whether ink absorber can draw out ink; if ink does not come out, nozzles and ink absorber does not fit correctly, and print head position needs to be corrected.

6.Often indoor temperature and humidity are not enough can also easily cause nozzle missing of DTF shirt printer.
