If room temperature is low, ink concentration will increase and circulation will not be smooth. Keep temperature in room in order to maintain activity of ink. At room temperature, air maintains a certain humidity, which can reduce dust.

It is necessary to clean up machine surface, platform and other related dust, ink, paper scraps or other impurities in time. Residual ink on printer platform or edge of nozzle will make printed pattern mixed with other ink; in addition, residual ink on nozzle edge will not be cleaned for a long time, solidification of ink and impurities will cause nozzle blockage, which will affect ink ejection effect of printer's nozzle, causing problems such as disconnection, lack of color, color cast and so on.

If printer is used for too long, for example, printing machine works day and night, you must remember to let sublimation printer have a rest time, otherwise, it will generate a very large amount of heat after being used for a long time.
