Motor of A3 DTF printer is very important, but motor may be damaged after a long time of use, so how do we replace motor of 30cm DTF printer?

1. Disconnect power supply and use a screwdriver to remove cover of A3 DTF printer.

2. Remove connecting wire of motor. Before unplugging connecting wire, you must remember where it was originally connected. Otherwise, connecting wrong interface will cause risk of burning motor and causing damage to motherboard.

3. Remove drive belt, do not use too much force to damage motor.

4. Remove old motor and install new one.

Installation process must be paid attention to. Whole process can be completed with a screwdriver. You cannot use a hammer or like to strike, because DTF printing machine is a precision device. If it receives an impact, it may cause secondary damage to 30cm DTF printer.
