1. Set the printing mode correctly

 The product defect rate from the correct printing mode is low, and the effective reduction of the defect rate can avoid repeated printing, thereby reducing the ink consumption in the production process. In daily printing, you cannot simply pursue high-precision and high-resolution, but choose a suitable printing mode according to the actual situation. For some unimportant materials, use ink-saving Print mode.

2. Replace the ink correctly

When printing, usually the remaining amount of ink tank reaches a certain critical value, the machine will send out an insufficient ink alarm to remind the operator to replace the ink as soon as possible. Because it needs to be cleaned before replacement, and cleaning will waste ink, so at this time, we can continue printing until the ink is almost finished before adding it. However, it should be noted that the operator must always pay attention to the ink bottle to avoid the machine running empty.

4. Clean the printhead correctly

Most digital sublimation printers on the market now provide automatic cleaning function, which can be operated directly through the cleaning function button on the control panel, which is simple and fast. The automatic cleaning function can well protect the print head and ensure the print quality, but it needs to be used reasonably, and don't rely too much on it.
