Cleaning fluid has strong flushing ability and dissolving ability, which can make ink flow more smoothly in pipeline. So how is A3 DTF printer cleaning solution used?

Daily maintenance or cleaning of print head is indispensable for print head cleaning fluid, which can effectively avoid clogging print head and prolong life of print head. For example, if print head of A3 DTF printer is seriously blocked, it cannot be solved by ordinary cleaning function. You can manually remove XP600 print head, clean print head manually, and let print head soak in cleaning solution for 10 minutes. (Note that nozzle is partially immersed, not entire whole printhead.)

Another method is to use an ink injector to clean, use an ink extractor to cover a soft hose, one end of hose is connected to XP600 printhead, other end is connected to ink injector, and cleaning liquid is extracted for punching and cleaning of nozzle. After cleaning, it is best not to install and use printhead immediately. You can put it alone for a few hours to avoid damage to print head or motherboard.

In fact, cleaning liquid is not only used for print head, but also has other functions in daily maintenance of A3 DTF printer. For example, if we accidentally touch ink on ground or other places, we can also use cleaning liquid to clean it. However, cleaning solution is corrosive and cannot be used to clean ink stains on clothes. Therefore, if you accidentally get ink on printers, or other corrosion-resistant things, you can use cleaning fluid to clean it.
