What are the fumes in DTF transfer?
Smoke is a mixture of gaseous, liquid and solid substances and air containing a large amount of heat generated by the thermal decomposition of substances during the combustion reaction. The composition and quantity of smoke depend on the chemical composition of the combustibles and the combustion conditions such as the temperature during combustion and the supply of oxygen.
Under the conditions of complete combustion, the smoke components produced by the combustion of substances are mainly carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, water vapor, etc.; under the conditions of incomplete combustion, there are not only the above combustion products, but also organic compounds such as alcohol and ether.
When substances with a high carbon content burn under insufficient oxygen conditions, a large number of carbon particles are produced. The flow and diffusion speed of smoke is related to the temperature and flow direction of smoke. The diffusion flow speed of smoke in the horizontal direction is generally 0.3 m/s to 0.8 m/s. The vertical diffusion velocity of smoke is relatively high, usually 1m/s to 5m/s.
In stairwells or pipe shafts, the smoke flow velocity can reach 6m/s to 8m/s due to the pull force generated by the chimney effect. The harm of smoke to the human body is mainly due to the suffocation caused by the harmful gases produced by combustion, the stimulation of human organs, and the effect of high temperature.

2. 3.Gas adsorption layer: It is composed of molecular sieves, activated carbon and oxidants, etc., which decompose and adsorb organic waste gas (harmful gas).
