1. Do not unplug ink absorber immediately after suction force is lost. This will cause pressure in pipeline to be unbalanced, causing nozzle missing. When nozzle missing occur, there is no ink when nozzle is dipped in paper. When there is no pumping force, you must remember to put syringe for more than 10 seconds before taking it off from DTF printer, so that nozzle pipeline pressure is balanced and nozzle missing will not occur.

2.Do not let go when using the ink absorber to absorb ink. If you accidentally get the ink from the ink absorber into the nozzle, if the ink in the syringe is not the same type of ink from the nozzle, it will cause color mixing.
