At present, A3 DTF printer is most mainstream model in the market. However, there may be problems during use, such as no ink from printhead. Main reason can be analyzed according to the two situation.

Situation 1: One or more colors are missing, and many things are caused by poor ink supply. Users need to:

1. Check ink tube. Residual air in ink tube can cause a pressure imbalance and ink cannot be easily pressed out.

2. Check damper. Main function of damper is to filter. If ink is less than one-third, no ink will enter printhead. Therefore, it is best to manually absorb ink and introduce ink. In addition, if there are too many impurities on filter, purification efficiency will be reduced. Therefore, it is necessary to clean and replace damper that have been working for more than one year.

Case 2: All printhads do not inkjet ink, which reflects hardware failure of DTF t shirt printer.

1. Run printhead cleaning program and use manual ink absorber to draw ink. If ink cannot be pumped out, it may be because ink absorber is not in good agreement with print head. You need adjust the correct position of print head. Another possibility is that rubber tube on ink absorber is damaged. Try again after replacing it.

3.Motherboard problem. General customers may have great difficulties in maintaining machine, so if ink still does not appear after checking one by one according to above steps, it is best to hand motherboard to a professional technician for inspection.
