1. Small frame was not returned in time
After printing work of Textek sublimation printer was finished, small frame were not returned to capping station in time, solidified ink blocks nozzle. In daily work, user needs to pay attention to returning trolley frame in time, keeping nozzle and cap close, and cleaning printhead according to correct operation steps.

2. Print head drive voltage is unstable
Proper voltage of print head can make inkjet ink smoothly, so it is recommended that users choose high-power and high-quality power strips and use brand voltage stabilizers when connecting to sublimation ink printer.

3. Fatigue damage to piezoelectric crystal of large sublimation printer
Piezoelectric crystal of sublimation ink printer is fatigued and damaged, which will cause nozzle to eject ink from time to time. Especially when printing a dark large-area screen and a large amount of ink is required, nozzle clogging is particularly obvious, and user needs to replace printhead.

4. Ink viscosity of large sublimation printer is too high or too low
Too high viscosity of ink of sublimation printer will result in poor ink fluidity and insufficient ink ejection per unit time; too low viscosity will easily inhale air when pressure crystal in nozzle is withdrawn, resulting in no ink. Therefore, for phenomenon that print head of sublimation printer does not inkjet due to ink, user must pay attention to environmental impact when storing ink. Ambient temperature should be maintained at 15℃-30℃, and ambient humidity should be maintained at 35%-65%. In addition, put new inks in working environment for 24 hours before using it. In addition, it is recommended that user use original ink.
