1. Printhead position is too high
Solution: position of print head of 60cm DTF printer is too high, and distance from printing medium is too far. When printing, ink droplets cannot be accurately printed to specified position, and problem of ink flying will occur. At this time, it is necessary to appropriately reduce height of printhead, and it is best that surface of nozzle is 1.5mm higher than pressure sheet.

2. High static electricity in working environment

Solution: High temperature and dry air can easily lead to static electricity. At this time, you can increase air humidity appropriately and keep humidity at 35%-65%. Correctly install grounding wire of DTF shirt printer to discharge static electricity generated in printer in time.

3. Ink reason
Solution: Some inks are not very dry and absorbent, which can easily cause printed images and text to appear stringy. It is recommended that you use original ink from manufacturer. original ink has high fluency, good reducibility, fast drying and strong adsorption.

4. Flash spray position is not adjusted properly
Solution: Put a small piece of white paper on flash spray sponge to see if there are color bars sprayed on it during printing. If not, adjust flash spray value, minus left and add right, 1mm=7 points, until it is adjusted.
