1. There is a problem with ink supply system of A3 DTF printer. Ink supply system of DTF printer is a sealed system. Once air leakage occurs in one of links, it may lead to failure of ink flow of problem. Damper is last link of ink supply system, and once it is damaged, it will also cause ink to flow. Therefore, it is recommended that you first check whether ink supply system is leaking and whether each component is damaged, and repair or replace it in time.

2. Electrostatic protection of XP600 DTF printer is not good. Static electricity will be generated in fast printing of DTF printer. If static electricity is not exported in time, it will lead to static accumulation, which will affect normal printing of DTF printer and cause problem of ink streaking. Remind users to do grounding work of A3 DTF printer, and keep indoor working environment humidity between 35%-65%.

3.Function of capping station of A3 DTF printer is aging. Carriage will return to capping station every time it completes printing work. If function of capping station is aging and ink absorption function declines, it is easy to cause problem. At this time, it is recommended that user can replace capping station in time.
