In celebration of China's National Day, the TEXTEK team will be observing a public holiday. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support and partnership.

Holiday Period:
Our office will be closed from October 1st to October 6th, 2024. We will resume normal operations on October 7th.

During this time, while our physical office is closed, we remain committed to supporting you. For any urgent technical issues with your digital printer, please refer to the maintenance guide below. If your issue persists, our support team will be monitoring remote channels and will respond as soon as possible.

Digital Printer Maintenance Guide for the Holiday
Proper care during the break will ensure your printer starts up perfectly when you return. Please follow these essential steps before you leave:

1. For UV & DTF Printers:

Complete a Nozzle Check: Print a test print to ensure all nozzles are firing correctly. Clogged printheads left for days can be difficult to clean.

Perform a Printhead Cleaning: If any nozzles are missing, run a cleaning cycle until the test pattern is perfect.

Leave the Power On: For printers with an automatic maintenance function, please leave the main power switch ON. This allows the printer to perform its periodic self-cleaning, preventing ink from drying in the printhead.

Cap the Inks: Ensure all ink caps are sealed tightly to prevent air from entering the system.

2. General Care for All Printers:

Environment is Key: Shut down the printer in a clean, stable environment. Avoid areas with direct sunlight, dust, or significant temperature/humidity fluctuations.

Cover the Printer: Use a dust cover or a simple cloth to protect your machine from dust.

Check the Maintenance Tank: If your printer has a waste ink tank, ensure it is not full to prevent overflow.
