The digital printing sizing machine is to make the yarn sizing. It is a process of adding sizing to the yarn to improve its weaving ability.

Weaving property refers to the performance of gauze that can withstand repeated friction, stretching, bending, etc. on the loom without causing a lot of fluffing or even breaking. Unsizing single yarn fibers do not hold each other tightly, and the surface has more hairiness, making it difficult to weave. After sizing, a part of the slurry penetrates between the fibers, and the other part adheres to the surface of the warp yarn. The sizing in which the sizing fluid penetrates between the fibers is called the impregnable sizing, and the sizing in which the sizing fluid adheres to the surface of the warp yarn is called the covering sizing.

The effect of sizing on sizing:

1. Improved wear resistance;

2. The fiber bundling is improved, and the yarn breaking strength is improved;

3. Good elasticity, bendability and elongation at break;

4. The yarn hairiness is compliant and the surface is smooth;

5. Have proper humidity;

6. Obtain the effect of finishing some fabrics.
