(1) Pre-coating machine. The pre-coating machine is a kind of multifunctional equipment that can be sizing, drying, shaping and softening, which is produced for digital printing pre-coating. Some large factories can also use rotary screens, flat screens, setting machines, platen scrapers, etc. instead of sizing machines.

(2) Digital direct textile print machine. A machine that can directly print fabrics in digital printing equipment. At present, belt machines are mostly used; a small number of people use ordinary paper-printing equipment to weave fabrics, such as printing silk fabrics, in order to save costs.

(3) Drying equipment. Small digital printing equipment generally has a slow printing speed, and the built-in drying equipment can meet the printing requirements; if it is an industrial printhead digital machine, which has high speed and large ink output, it needs to be equipped with a separate heating machine.

(4) Steaming machine. After printing and drying, the fabric needs to undergo a steaming process, in order to fix the dye in the fabric tissue, and restore the color of the dye itself, so that the finished product has a bright color, wear-resistant and light-resistant, and does not fade. The steamer is divided into round steamer, chamber steamer, continuous steamer and so on.

(5) Water washing machine. The steamed fabric contains some excess dye and coating paste, which needs to be washed with water to restore the feel and cleanliness of the fabric itself. Large washing machines are divided into rope washing machines and flat width washing machines; small washing machines are divided into single-tank washing machines and van-type washing machines

(6) Setting machine (can be integrated with pre-coating). Used to add softener and shape fabric width, etc.;

(7) Inspection station: inspect the color and defects of the fabric to ensure the pass rate of the finished product.
