1. Air leakage in ink supply system, may be damper, ink tube, ink cartridge and other parts. ink circuit connection is not tight enough to cause air leakage. Before printing, make sure that cap of ink cartridge is sealed, ink tube and damper of dtf printer are not leaking, Connection between ink tube and ink cartridge is tight, connection between damper and ink tube is tight, and connection between damper and ink column of printhead sealed well.

2. Printhead has air leakage. Generally, new printheads will not have this situation. Long-used printheads will have air leakage due to inadequate maintenance and improper use. Specific manifestation is internal ink mixed and side leakage on outside of printhead.
