There will be some wrong methods during operation of
DTF pet film printer, which may damage printhead and printer. Textek DTF printer manufacturer has summarized some wrong matters for your reference.
1. Leave cleaning solution in printhead for more than 2 days and 2 nights. Soaking cleaning solution for a long time can be more effective in removing stains, but if time exceeds 48 hours, it will affect nozzle of printhead.
2. Do not install ground wire for large DTF printer. Work of DTF printer is greatly affected by static electricity, so it is necessary to frequently connect ground wire for DTF printer, and sprinkle a little salt water around ground wire regularly.
3. Use external force to adjust printhead position. Whether replacing or fine-tuning print head, don't use brute force, treat printhead with care according to specifications.
4. Use an ultrasonic cleaner for a long time to clean printhead of large DTF printer. In fact, if you usually pay attention to maintenance of printhead, there is no need for ultrasonic cleaning at all. Ultrasonic waves can adversely affect print head. However, if blockage is serious and ultrasonic cleaning is required, cleaning time is at most 3 minutes at a time. If there is still block, please wait for printhead to cool down to normal state before cleaning it for second time.
5.Use self-provided products without quality inspection to clean printheads. Print head is very easy to be contaminated and worn, so please use manufacturer's designated products and products that have passed quality inspection to clean print head.
