2. Abnormal paper feeding system is a common factor of buckling of paper feeding of dye sublimation printer. For example: pace of paper loading and roll paper is inconsistent, or there is an obstacle at one end of sublimation printer during printing, which will cause paper to buckle. In addition, check pressure roller and pressure sheet to see if pressure is too tight, and you can adjust it appropriately: pressure of paper roller is uneven, or pressure roller does not rotate or jam, pressure of paper roller is too strong, etc.

3.Abnormalities in suction paper platform of dye sublimation printer will also cause paper to buckle. If fan of paper suction platform does not rotate, material cannot be attached to printing platform properly if there is a problem, so it is easy to carry material away and buckle during printing.
