1. Printhead does not emit ink or nozzle missing
①There is no ink in ink cartridge, just add ink.
②Printhead is clogged. If it is slightly clogged, it can be cleaned with cleaning function of dtf printer itself. If clogging is serious, remove printhead and soak it with cleaning fluid.
③Other links in ink supply line are blocked, such as damper, ink supply tubes, etc. At this time, clean or replace blocked parts.

2. Printed image is skewed
Skew of printed image of DTF shirt printer may be due to fact that printing material is not placed flat and skewed swelling; in addition, it may be that tension of stepping motor in winding system is controlled by a problem, which causes printed image to appear skewed.

3. Dislocation of printing ghosting
①There is dirt on encoder strip, which causes position sensed by trolley frame to be inaccurate, resulting in printing errors and misalignment of printing ghosts. At this time, encoder strip needs to be cleaned or replaced.
②Carriage does not run smoothly, guide rails are too dirty, or gaskets and copper sleeves of trolley are worn out and there are foreign objects. At this time, guide rails, gaskets and copper sleeves need to be cleaned or replaced.

4. There is a pause in printing of carriage
Carriage of DTF printer stalls during printing process. It may be that computer configuration is low, which cannot keep up with transmission speed and printing speed required by DTF printer, or transmission speed of print port is too low. It is recommended to replace computer with a higher configuration. When encountering this kind of problem for first time, try to restart computer and DTF printer, clear cache and so on.
