When DTF shirt printer prints out, vertical lines sometimes appear, that is, flashing lines similar to test strip appear in middle of print screen, two of each color or many messy lines appear together, this is vertical line Fault. What should I do at this time?

1. Check height of encoder sensor from encoder strip of DTF shirt printer. Upper edge of encoder strip is preferably 1mm-1.5mm from sensor.

2. Use medical cotton dipped in pure water to wipe inside and outside of encoder strip where vertical lines appear.

3. If above two situations are invalid, please re-plug printhead data cable, carriage board and main board cable for 60cm DTF printer.

4. If above three situations are invalid, please replace main board or trolley board of DTF printer.

As for vertical lines appearing in printing screen of DTF printer, most problematic aspect is encoder strip. First of all, you can check encoder strip carefully. If there is no problem with encoder strip, check various circuits, main board and carriage board at this time.
