Paper rubbing problem of DTF direct to film printer is a common small fault in daily inkjet printing, but it is often because of these small faults that DTF printer is damaged. Here is how to avoid paper rubbing problem?

1.When direct to film printer working, nozzle spacing should be adjusted correctly; if nozzle spacing is too small, print head and pet film will be scratched due to uneven paper feeding; if nozzle spacing is too large, ink flying problem is likely to occur, therefore, nozzle must be adjusted correctly. It is best to adjust height of trolley to maintain thickness of a dollar coin.

2.Rewinding and unwinding system of DTF shirt printer should maintain smooth operation and power, and maintain a synchronized feeding and rewinding speed. Steady tension between rewinding and unwinding systems makes paper conveying smoother and not easy to wrinkle. At same time, when loading pet film, two sides of printing platform should be clamped with paper presses, and suction system on platform should be turned on to keep pet film feed straight and smooth, close to platform without arching.
