1. XP600 printhead of A3 DTF printer is blocked: ink of A3 DTF printer is sprayed to printing media through printhead. If printhead is blocked, it is easy to cause failure of printing. When printhead is slightly blocked, use ink-pumping cleaning function that comes with of DTF printer to clean it. When printhead of printer is seriously blocked, remove XP600 printhead, soak it in cleaning solution, and then clean it.

2. Air leakage in ink supply system of A3 pet film printer: poor tightness of any link in ink supply ink path will cause air leakage, such as damper, ink tubes, ink cartridges, etc. Air leakage in ink supply and ink circuit will also cause DTF printer to occur nozzle missing. Therefore, before printing, it should be ensured that ink cartridge cover is sealed, ink tube and damper have no air leakage.
