1. First, check whether connectors at both ends of printing cable are loose. Then change power and data cables to check if problem is on cable; in addition, length of printing cable or poor quality will affect correctness of data transmission of XP600 DTF Printer.

2. Set A3 DTF printer port of computer correctly and reasonably. If it is a network port, it is best to set it to network printing, which will greatly reduce data transmission errors.

3.Turn off computer's automatic power management function. Because printing work takes a long time, most customers often let computer automatically perform calculations and output without other operations during printing process of A3 DTF printer. If power management function is turned on, hard disk may automatically stop moving after a certain period of time. It will form illusion that information transmission has been terminated, but software shows that it is still transmitting.
